For 2026, the club is offering two different membership options:
Indoor winter training sessions will no longer be charged separately and are included in the membership cost.
Fees will be requested in March and can be made in one of two ways, both with the same total amount payable:
Fees will be requested via Spond and should be made using the payment service built into it.
The club does not offer discounts for students or other groups. Fees for youth membership are described separately.
New members and joining mid-year
New members, who have not previously been part of the club, are entitled to 2 free training sessions before membership fees are due, and will be charged from the month of the third session. Members trying their first BBF game are entitled to a 1 day (typically 2 game) free trial: if they play further games, full membership will be due from the date of the first game. Note that all members must separately complete IPR (Individual Player Registration) with Sport:80 before their first session, although this is free for the first month.
For members joining partway through the year, fees will be pro-rated, according to the 6 month period April to September, reducing by £25/month (full membership) or £12.50/month (training membership) for each month after April in which membership starts. If paying in instalments, the number will be correspondingly reduced to end in September. For example, a full member joining in June would pay £100 and could make this in 4 monthly instalments of £25.
Members who wish to begin playing BBF games partway through the year will be able to “upgrade” their training membership to full membership on a pro-rated basis, with the additional fees being due from the month they begin BBF league games.
Payment queries
Members are required to be up-to-date with payments when attending sessions. A member will be entitled to one week’s grace, in the event of non-payment, before participation at events will be denied, until outstanding fees are paid.
In the event that a member has queries or difficulties in making payment, please contact your team manager or the Treasurer for advice.
We use Spond to manage training sessions, fixtures, and club communications for our players.

We have members who had never heard of baseball before their first training session, all the way through to Division I College Baseball players from the USA.
Training will be provided.
All fitness levels are welcome.
